Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging.
2. Handcrafted Nature
Please note that minor variations in color, texture, and size are inherent to handcrafted products and are not considered defects. These variations are a testament to the artisan's hand.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
